This was a gift for my wife, and we love the outdoors in winter as we cross country and downhill ski. I wanted to get her something that would look attractive on her, but accentuate a natural look. The Peruvian Cable Beanie was perfect. It is SOFT, warm, and practical. She loves it and it looks great on her!

Great hat Love it! I get a lot of compliments. It fits well and stays in place pretty well while skiiing or snowboarding or playing in the snow with my son. It keeps my ears warm and the fabric is not scratchy on your skin. Definitely recommend it.

nice material. love the hat because ive had same style hats and they dont fit nice around ear area. this hat fits down nice down around ear and stays there.

I've been looking for a hat like this for a while, finally decided to go with this one. It's pretty cozy, really warm, and because I purchased the tan color, it'll go with anything! The only thing that that bothers me about it is that the little tassles almost hang too far forward on your face. You have to position it just right so that it doesn't look like the two pieces are jutting out towards your mouth, I wish they were angled down more downward. Still love it, though!

I was not impressed with this hat, the opening for the face is awkward and have had ppl ask if its on backwards... even when its not. Also, all of my other North Face hats have had the fleece lining and this one did not. Def not warm enough.

I'm pretty bummed, when I ordered it, they only had it in white, and now theres a whole variety. Haven't tested it in warm weather yet because SoCal has been extremely warm but something about it fits a bit awkward. Not as cute as I had hoped.

I ordered this hat for my daughter in Moonlight Ivory and when it arrived I was disappointed to see that it is actually gray and not at all what it appeared to be on the website. It also looks off white on The North Face website as well.

Other peoples reviews said that this hat was warm even with the appearance of open gaps in the knitting. I could not tell as I simply put a piece of fleece on the inside of the hat to insure warmth. I was almost too hot in the hat, so I'm sure its fine the way it is. It was definitely itchy on the inside before I put the fleece in though. I could not wear it a full day and not scratch the skin off my forehead because of it. Maybe just wear it with a fleece headband warmer? Too cute too... I love the way the hat looks, I wore it non-stop, even when I was not on the mountain.

I was a bit skeptical before ordering this hat, because it looks as if cold air might get through the spaces of the crochet pattern. I definitely had nothing to worry about; this hat keeps my head and ears warm, even in below-zero weather. It's very cute, too; I've gotten plenty of compliments!

I got two of the same beanie for my girlfriend. It's a great quality beanie and she used it on a recent ski trip. It a cutie beanie and I love when she wears it. Its a great North Face product and I'm not disappointed, it what makes The North Face a good quality product and company.

I BOUGHT THIS BEANIE RIGHT BEFORE LEAVING TO GO ON A SKI TRIP. THE QUALITY IS GREAT AND WOOL AND ACRLYIC BLEND FEELS VERY SOFT AGAINST YOUR EARS AND SKIN.THIS BEANIE KEEP MY HEAD WARM EVEN IN BELOW FREEZING TEMPS! I WISH I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT 2 AT THE TIME. DONT FORGET IT'S ALSO A NORTHFACE!!!

i have to say.. this hat is pretty awesome. i mean,.. its North Face. so of course it's good quality. but it is also at a very reasonable price. i tried to get this hat in stores and it was over $35. i love this hat, and it's awesome side pigtails.

its a good hat.. the only complaint is i have a big head! and i cant help it! so its pretty snug, but who cares. its a hat, and if your cold, then thats what hats are for. i get compliments on the eggplant colored one all the time. even though, i think they realize it looks funny on a big head.
