I've owned four pair of these over the last four-five years they last about one year of daily use. If you wore them less and easy two yr wear out , I work from home so they are always on. I don't like the color combo much. I wanted black or brown but lack of sizes made my choice. I got grey/flannel. I dyed the grey to black with leather dye. :-) Simple five minute process. These are the BEST slippers made period bar none. Very grippy on all floors extremely comfy to boot.

As I have discovered with Sorel products and the Altrec company, both are the best. My experience with Sorel products and specifically the Falcon Ridge Slippers has been great. The slippers are very comfortable, warm and provide a good non slip foundation. It did find the slippers were a little on the small side so it might be wise to order a size up. Great products and great company to do business with.

I have a hard time finding house shoes that 1)fit and 2) I like. These are perfect on both counts. I wear a 9.5 shoe and a size 10 in the Falcon Ridge fit snugly with socks and just right without them. My feet also tend to be warm, but, as others have said, these do not make my feet hot, even with the lining.

Bought this slipper for my bf as a replacement for the ones my dog got a hold of and destroyed. Its been about a year and they've held up great! They were a bit snug at first but after a few days of breaking in and letting the fluffy lining form around his feet, I haven't heard any complaints. So happy I caught them on sale!! BF wears them everyday and is still very pleased with the product :o)

These slippers felt great from the moment I put them on. The sizing was correct as I have a hard time getting the correct size, being I have a size 14 foot. Altrec was great they delivered next day as promised and the order was correct and in excellent shape.

My first pair of "nice" slippers. They fit perfect and are extremely warm. Nice sole for when I need to step outside and not worry about getting them dirty. I recommend the slip on because they do help the shoe breath, since they are so warm. Great purchase!

I was looking for a quality slipper to wear after coming in out of the snow and keep my feet warm. These are made of high quality leather with beefy stitching and a plush lining and the foot pad pops out so it can be washed. They have a rubber sole that grips well, epically on wet floor tiles, I think I'm going to get a second pair. They are the best slippers I've ever owned.

These are the best slippers I've tried. They are easy to put on or take off and are lightweight. They are warm and look good. I would definitely recommend them.

This is my second pair of these slippers (one pair for the house, one for the studio…) They are very comfortable and cozy and hold up well. I particularly like that the footbed can be removed and washed when needed—not many slippers offer this kind of convenience.

I read a number of reviews about these slippers before making the purchase. There seemed to be mixed thoughts about whether the size was true. I went with the true size at some others' suggestions. I was very disappointed, however, to get the slippers and have them not fit. So if you are purchasing these as a gift, I would recommend going with a size up.

I recently received the Falcon Ridge Slippers as a gift from my wife. I was tired of having to go out with the dog in socks or barefoot or putting my feet in my outside yard shoes late at night with god knows what living in them. GRIP! Our house is all tile and I feel like I could pull a 5.10 with the grip on these things. Seriously love it. Warmth! These breath but overall keep your feet very warm. Size! Like others have said, if you are a 9, get a 9. Get them as close to your real foot size as you can..the really fit my foot very well. Overall, I love these slippers. I have had several pairs in the past, from cheap fluffy bunnies to some more high-end type stuff and these are by far the best.

Upon reviewing all the reviews through Altrec and other websites, I consistently found most people were very happy with the slippers. Although, I haven't had my slippers for even a week, they do fit true to size and are very comfortable (beyond what I anticipated). I hope the foot lining that some complain about will prove to be durable...we'll see. Follow-up with another review if the lining doesn't hold up for very long. No one can beat Altrec's great product warranty backing of 100% customer satisfaction over the product's lifetime. Nice to see a company that believes and stands behind their products as they do. They've won my future business and referrals.

Great slipper. plenty of padding,and plenty warm. Suggest you order to your true size or 1/2 size smaller. I generally wear 11 or 11 1/2 The company I purchased them from suggested a 12 instead of an 11 ( no 1/2 sizes) and their quite large.

My fiance can be rather picky so I was a little nervous about ordering something without him trying it on... My brother-in-law raved about his so I thought I'd take a chance... Turns out that he really loves them! They fit his feet perfectly. He has a narrow foot and they aren't too wide. I was also worried that the slippers might be too warm because he tends to run really hot. He told me that at first, he was worried that they would make him over-heat but that because they are so high in quality, they actually help to regulate his body temperature. Initially he was also concerned that they might be slightly too short in length but in just a very short time they have stretched and overall have the perfect fit... The color of the slippers are exactly what I thought they might be when looking on-line. Overall, we love them!

I bought these for my son n law and he loves them!! His wife said he barely takes them off before bedtime. They fit him perfect. He takes a 10 1/2 so I ordered an 11. It is a perfect fit. thanks for once again providing great products

Doesn't Get Any Better Than This

Purchased these slippers hoping they would be as good as another pair I'd been wearing for a few years. I was shocked when they arrived, and just from looking at them, the quality was obvious. A first try-on found them a little snug -- especially in getting the back-heel on -- but this quickly went away as the slipper conformed to my foot. I wore them only without socks for the first few months I owned them, then one day put them on with a pair of sweat socks underneath and ... they still fit! They have such a solid bottom that they can be worn as a quick replacement for shoes when running to the store or the like. They are remarkably comfortable, are very warm, and look good. Few would suspect you are wearing slippers. Finally, the design is impressive. With the thick stitching and Sorel name and logo on the sides -- in the same color as the slipper -- these slippers wreak with quality design, materials, and care. I recommend them to anyone looking for a really classy, comfortable slipper that will last a long, long time.

These Sorel slippers are very comfortable. I have the bark ones and they look really good. I am getting a lot of compliments from friends about the looks of them. They are warm and soft and constructed very well. Not cheap but certainly worth the money,

Based on a review, I ordered one full size larger than what I normally wear and the slipper fit perfectly. First impression was not that great but after wearing them for a little while, I found them very comfortable.

These are wonderful slippers, well-made, heavy stitching, and very warm. Unfortunately, they didn't arrive for almost a month. Since it was meant as a Christmas present, I was a bit disappointed to find out that ordering at the beginning of December wasn't enough time.

So comfy with actual arch support. We bought black and the men's 10 fits my Mom's size 11 Wide foot. Looks fine with pants for quick errands too. Warm and durable
