Now own seven pairs of these socks. One for every day of the week. Always thought I was allergic to wool but these have changed my mind. They're ultra comfortable, very true to size and wash up beautifully (I do hand wash) And probably my favorite feature, they stay up. Well worth a extra few dollars.

These socks are my favorite for casual wear. They don't have the extra cushion but it's not needed for just out and about doing errands. I wear 8 1/5 size shoe and the Medium fits perfectly. I have the tan and have received compliments. I think they are very stylish in a casual way.

These are thinner than other SmartWool socks - they're more like traditional dress socks. Very nice, and the pattern looks great in person.

These are very nice socks, they are warm but not too warm and best of all they fit my feet and do not irritate my toes as most socks do. I have a small foot shoe size 5 1/2. It is really hard to find socks that are comfortable. I love the pattern, they look great with a casual shoe, jeans or cargo pants.

I love smart wool socks. This style is a light, thin sock and comfortable. I do prefer the heavier, thicker socks, but don't always need a heavy sock. I bought more, but remember this is a thin sock. I think I've bought about 15 various types of smart wool socks and tights this winter.

My wife loves these socks, and cannot get enough pairs, probably because my daughter keeps taking them! Lightweight, comfortable, and great for casual wear. They are a gift that never disappoints all the women in my life!

This was my first purchase of SmartWool socks and this thinner lightweight sock was my favorite. I mainly got the socks because my feet sweat a lot and I wanted socks that were NOT polyester or acrylic. Since I don't actually spent a lot of time outdoors or in very cold weather I found it biscuit or sock was the best one for me. Also all three pair of socks I bought were the small size. This style fits the best the other two (with more padding) seem to bunch up and slide forward on my foot. These socks doseem magical because although my foot still sweats it doesn't seem to hold the moisture in the sock like other kinds of socks do. Also on the recommendation of friends I have been handwashing and air drying my socks.

These socks are really nice. They aren't as thick as the a couple of the other smartwool socks I purchased but they are still warm and cozy. I wear a size 10 shoe and I prefer the size large especially after the socks are washed. When I first put the socks on, I felt that the ribbing on top was too tight but it loosened up and now it is just fine.

Perfect for everyday wear. Cool in the summer, warm in the winter. No annoying seams. Just a super comfortable and durable merino wool sock!

Socks are comfortable, warm & wash well. They are thin enough to wear in any shoe. Make a great Xmas stocking stuffer. The only downside is the time to ship here from Oregon - was not counting on that

I love these socks. I wear these year round and have 3 pairs of them. They wash and dry beautifully, and NO STINK even after a workout at the gym. Yes, I use them for that too.!!!!

love these socks under my cowboy boots. Keep my feet just the right temperature and don't cause my boots to be tight. I wear my boots when I travel by air and these socks are perfect

These socks are not very thick but are still quite warm. They are attractive, but not wildly attention-getting. I'm very happy with them.

Smartwool makes super products. Period. These socks are wonderful to wear with jeans and dress slacks and a sweater. Altrec has always provided great service, too!
