wonderful shorts!

I am 6 feet tall and exercise a lot. These shorts run on the large size and I took a medium which fit me perfectly. They are extremely light-weight and have an inner mesh lining for support and are the most comfortable shorts - not too long and not too short -just right! Very pleased with purchase and wear them all the time for exercise.

Great running shorts

This is my third purchase of the Nike 7" Essential shorts. These are very comfortable. I pair these shorts with a compression shorts for a no adjustment and a comfortable run. The pockets come in handy to carry credit card or a key. I wouldnt recommend anything heavier that that.
