How Quickly Orders Ship

All orders are processed between 8am and 5pm Pacific Time, Monday - Friday. You can find the processing times for your items on both the product page, and within your shopping cart. As product can ship from multiple warehouses, you may see different processing times for different products. Most shipments are only delivered on business days. Our shipping partner, FedEx delivers Standard Ground packages on Saturdays, but NOT Mondays.

If your order contains Backordered items, processing times may be extended. When these Backordered items are purchased it can take 4 to 15 business days (Monday through Friday) before they are shipped to you. Processing times vary depending on the item and some of these items ship directly from the manufacturer. If a product in your order is a Backordered item, it will say so on the product page, in your shopping cart, during checkout, and on your invoice receipt.

Shipping Costs & Times

To calculate U.S. shipping costs:

  1. Add items to Shopping Cart
  2. Enter your Zip Code
  3. Click 'Calculate'
  4. Note the shipping prices and options

For Canadian or International shipping costs:

  1. Add items to Shopping Cart
  2. Choose either "Click for Canada" or "Click for International"
  3. Note the shipping prices and options
  4. If one or more of your items cannot ship internationally, you will see "Some of your items cannot ship internationally."

For a limited time, get FREE Shipping on qualified Orders within the Contiguous U.S.. To receive FREE Shipping, simply choose the FREE Standard Shipping option during checkout. Exceptionally large/heavy items, such as a kayak or Backordered items, may require an additional Handling Charge as noted on each product page.

IMPORTANT: International shipments are subject to Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees, and Customs Fees in your country. These EXTRA fees are YOUR responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. The rules for these fees vary by country, and your local government determines the duty and customs charges. Customs procedures may delay shipments. If you do not pay the associated fees, or fail to collect your order from customs, we will NOT refund the purchase amount and may charge your credit card for the costs associated with collecting the product back.
