You may exchange an item by placing a new order and then returning your original order for a full refund. If you received the wrong item, please contact our Customer Service team: 1-800-369-3949. Please keep in mind the item you need may go out of stock before we receive your return.
When returning items that were Backordered or shipped directly from the manufacturer, please be sure to send them back to us and not the manufacturer that may have sent the items to you. If items are not sent to the Altrec.com Returns address above, it can cause extended delays in your refund.

It can take up to two weeks for return packages to reach us and to be checked in (additional time may be needed after weekends and holidays). Once your return is checked in, please allow approximately 10 business days for your bank to credit your account. As soon as your package is checked in, you will be notified via email.
