Carhartt Men's Canvas Shirt Jacket - Flannel Lined

This Carhartt canvas shirt jacket is all cotton, including the flannel lining, and it has durable snaps in front. (Don't like polyester and don't want buttons on this.) No other brand I know of has these two desired features. The jacket is just right to take the chill off. It snaps on and off quickly and easily. I wear it almost daily on my job. Just bought two more for spares: navy one for if and when this one wears out, and a black one for keeping "nice" to wear on cruises. Cannot run out of these. The smart fit allows for room to wear a shirt underneath. I've got a small belly on me and usually have to wear an XL shirt, but wear a L in this most excellent Carhartt shirt jacket.

These are great, my husband and son both loves these and wear them all the time!! Excellent quality! They look nice even for going out shopping or to a casual dinner.

Wonderful jacket and warm. However it's very large. Tall size went to my knees. Consider ordering the next size down. For example, XXL Tall to XL Regular.

I'm 5'8" and slim, and I normally wear and order shirt sizes and jackets of different brands in Small, and they all fit me well. I was looking for a good outerwear jacket that insulated well from the elements but with little material, and went well with all the other clothes I own, and this jacket looked right for me. So I ordered this one in Small, and it turned out to be much longer and larger than I anticipated! I couldn't believe this was small, but even the tags and stickers said Small. Bear in mind that I haven't worn it but once to try it on when I opened the package. To be very fair, it looks like a GREAT product for somebody else, but it doesn't fit me! It makes me look shorter and smaller than I already am. Judging by material, the canvas looks super sturdy. The flannel lining, however, leaves a little more to be desired. It's pretty much just a decorative, soft lining with a plaid pattern. So if you're bigger and taller than me, check this jacket out, you might like it!

I am very happy with this jacket. I wear it to work construction. It is very comfortable and durable. It is hard to find jackets that allow you the range of motion and duribilty offered by this product.

A Senior Asian, short and medium built (5'4", 135 lbs). Ordered S Regular. Find the shirt jacket very big: the sleeves wide, front and back panels long. Should seriously consider re-design to enter international market. Well worth money spent - very sturdy and tough.

The shirt itself is great: comfortable, durable, and warm. However, I am a smaller sized (5'10" 150lbs) so the shirt runs large and the even the regular size is still long. All things considered, I'd still recommend this product

positive - rugged shirt that looks nice and generally does the job for the outdoors negative - i wear XL on most shirts, but the Carhartt XL is definitely an XL - actually too big for me. maybe order 1 size smaller than usual. also, a front snap fell off after the 3rd wear, but I was able to get a replacement without any hassle from ALTREC

my husband loves the shirt but it is REALLY long on him. i ordered a L tall and should have ordered M tall, i think. he loves it anyway and has worn it several times. i will order him more of the same but smaller.

Got this shirt jac for my brother for Christmas. He loves it. Black 2 XL, 6', 230 lbs. He says it fits well, comfortable, and Carhartt tough for around the farm. Looks good too. You can't beat Carhartt, plain and simple. Always recommend Carhartt products to everyone, and Altrec was the only place that had it in stock when I ordered AND it was one of the lowest prices around! Good buy!

I bought this for my father who loves to fish despite the weather. He put it on Christmas Eve and has not taken it off. He loves the soft flannel and fit. He only wears Western snap shirts and it was nice to find this Carhart quality.

This is a very comfortable flannel lined, snap button work shirt. Good for cold weather. I use them as a jacket too!

Just In Time

The weather in East Texas can be very unpredictable especially during hunting season. Some days are too warm for heavy hunting clothes while in the woods. This flannel lined canvas shirt is just right for wearing to work and/or straight to the deer lease this time of the year. It has arrived just in time for this year's hunting season. Thanks for a great product. It is durable enough to wear everyday. In fact, I am going to order another shirt in a different color to make sure I always have one on hand.
